2005 · CRU · Cabernet Sauvignon

CRU is made from six vineyards specifically selected by our winemaking team from all across the Napa Valley. This stellar fruit then follows the same vinification process as all the wines in Vineyards 29’s portfolio from meticulous hand sorting to gentle processing in our state of the art, full gravity flow winery. All of this careful attention results in a classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

Opening with ripe dark fruit this wine gives way to toasty vanilla and creamy caramel notes.  On the palate ripe raspberries, cassis, roasted coffee and dried flowers are blended with plenty of earth and spice.
