Our 30 year old Aida Zinfandel vines continue to produce beautiful fruit allowing us to craft a uniquely elegant and refined Napa Valley Zinfandel.

In the glass our 2003 Zinfandel is a deep ruby framed with brackish hues. The nose opens with white pepper, brambly blackberries and boysenberries before revealing layers of stewed plums, coconut, and toffee. Fragrances of dried flowers intermixed with earth, tobacco and a Provencal herb characteristic entice you to your first sip.

Baked red fruit sweetness and spiced cake embrace the palate and balance flawlessly with tantalizing vanilla oak flavors.  Round, velvety mouth feel combined with smooth and elegant tannins frame this full bodied and well structured wine. Our 2003 Aida Zinfandel is a savory red to drink now and over the next five years.
