As a member of the CRU Crew, you will receive a case of CRU Cabernet in the fall and a case of CRU Sauvignon Blanc in the spring at 29% off the retail value of these wines, freight and tax (where applicable) will be added. Members of the CRU Crew will receive a 29% discount on additional case purchases of CRU wines throughout the year, based on availability.
Approximately one week prior to shipping, we will email CRU Crew members advising of the credit card charge and anticipated shipment date of your wine. If you would like to pick up your CRU wines at the winery, pick up will be available for 30 days after release. After 30 days we will ship your wines to you.
Please note that by becoming a member of Vineyard 29’s CRU Crew you verify that you are at least 21 years of age. You may cancel your membership at any time via phone, email or written correspondence.
Vineyard 29 carefully hand crafts our wines – we take the same care in delivering them to you. We encourage shipments be to a place of business when possible. An adult signature (over 21) is required at time of delivery by federal law. Shipments to CA, WA, OR, NV, CO, AZ and NM will be via UPS Ground. All other states will ship through UPS’s zone skipping program and will be delivered by UPS Ground. We ship only to states where we are licensed to do so. Restrictions do apply.
All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to you in California. We make no representations to the legal rights of any one to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. You, as buyer, are solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Offer void where prohibited.
